Micro Bloom Grass Head Doll — Candy Tuft Hair, Coloured Eyes

Grass head doll — micro bloom edition. Not grass, not big daisies: a fine-seeded mix that comes up as a dense cloud of pinhead pink flowers, so the head looks frosted rather than hairy. Ours are finished with coloured eyes instead of plain black — green on the pink-bloom head, blue on the warm-toned one.

What you get

• One doll per piece ordered, about 4 in / 10 cm tall, pre-sown with the micro bloom mix.
• Coloured eyes and a butterfly pin at the collar as shown.
• Scalloped saucer per doll, sized to the body.

How to grow it

• Soak 8–12 hours — fine seed dries out faster than rye grass, so a full soak matters more here.
• Water: shallow saucer daily plus a light mist. A heavy spray washes the seed out of the head in week one.
• Light: 4–6 hours. Bright light keeps the flower cloud tight; dim light makes it straggly.
• Trim at three weeks if it gets leggy — cutting back the stems doubles the number of flower heads.
• Peak at week 5–6, then holds for around a month.
