Topknot Bow Grass Head Doll — Polka Dot Bow, Bare-Head Starter

Grass head doll — topknot edition. One elastic, one bow, and the whole head of grass goes up into a single topknot that stands on end. The red polka-dot bow is stiffened so it holds its shape instead of drooping as the grass grows.

What you get

• One doll per piece ordered, about 4 in / 10 cm tall, filled and pre-sown, green bow tie printed on the chest.
• Polka-dot bow on an elastic band — slides on once the grass is long enough to gather.
• Lime saucer in the same colour as the collar print.

How to grow it

• Soak 8–12 hours. The photo’s right-hand doll is exactly what you get on day one: seeded, bald, and slightly ridiculous.
• Water daily from the saucer, mist the head when the room is warm.
• Light: bright and direct for 4–5 hours. The topknot works best when the blades grow straight up rather than reaching sideways for light.
• Gather at 2–3 in — roughly two and a half weeks. Slide the bow on, pull the grass through, and trim the ends level.
• Keep trimming the top flat every ten days or so; the elastic hides the cut.
