Moss Rose Flower Head Doll — Candy Crown, Tall Grass Twin
$30.00 – $85.00Price range: $30.00 through $85.00
A crown of yellow, orange, magenta and red moss rose, and a partner head that shoots straight up into a tall grass quiff. The loudest pair we make.
Grass head dolls — moss rose crown and tall grass. The left doll carries the widest colour spread in the range: yellow, orange, magenta, coral and red moss rose opening at once over a green ribbon collar. The right doll is the opposite idea — no flowers at all, just a dense vertical quiff of rye grass with a gold ribbon and a blue-purple leaf pin.
What you get
- One doll per piece ordered, about 4 in / 10 cm tall, pre-sown with the moss rose mix or with rye grass.
- Ribbon collar and leaf pin as shown — green with a warm-toned pin on the flower head, gold with a cool-toned pin on the grass head.
- Clear saucer per doll, so you can see the water level without lifting the head.
How to grow them
- Soak 8–12 hours. Moss rose seed is slower to wake than grass and needs the full soak.
- Water: keep the saucer shallow-filled daily; mist the crown in the morning. Moss rose closes its flowers in low light, so a dull week looks quiet rather than dead.
- Light: this one wants the sunniest sill you have — 6 hours. Shade gives leaves and no colour.
- Timing: the grass head is at full height in about 3 weeks; the moss rose crown fills out from week 5 and keeps opening for weeks after.
Moss rose is a succulent-leaved annual, so it copes with a missed watering far better than cosmos or gypsophila — the forgiving choice for a hot window. Non-toxic, no loose soil, safe around children and pets. Ships in 5–7 working days, 8–25 working days in transit.
