Gypsophila & Cosmos Grass Head Dolls — Pastel Leaf Pin Edition

Grass head dolls — flower head pair. Neither of these grows a plain green mop. The left head runs fine blades up through clouds of tiny white gypsophila; the right one opens into a dense cushion of pink and magenta cosmos about the width of the body. Both wear a pale blue-green leaf pin at the collar.

What you get

• One doll per piece ordered, about 4 in / 10 cm tall, pre-sown with either the gypsophila or the cosmos mix.
• Leaf-shaped pin instead of the usual butterfly, plus googly eyes and a red bead nose.
• Individual saucers — the cosmos head sits in a deeper dish because it drinks harder.

How to grow them

• Soak 8–12 hours fully submerged, both heads, before anything else.
• Water daily from below and mist the crown. Flower heads cannot go a day dry the way grass can.
• Light: 4–6 hours of sun. Weak light gives tall, floppy stems and no colour.
• Timing: white flowers from about week 3, cosmos from week 5. Pinch off spent blooms weekly to keep new buds coming.
• Support: if the cosmos stems lean, a toothpick behind the head is enough — no stakes needed at this size.
