Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product was listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable state sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies.

Product descriptions

We describe our bulbs as accurately as possible, including hardiness zone, light requirements and expected mature size. Because these are living plants, individual results vary with soil, climate and care. Photographs are representative of the variety, not of the exact bulb you will receive.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics and logos — is owned by Silvarara and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Silvarara is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
